We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service, and hope that our simple Shipping & Return's policy will assist in making your shopping experience seamless and easy.   

Change of Mind 

Our business policy has always supported customers who change their mind or make an error with their choices.  In this instance, and as per the guidelines set out by Australian Consumer Affairs, we choose to offer you a credit note or the opportunity to exchange, providing we have proof of purchase and the goods are in the original packaging and condition when they are returned.  Please Contact Us within 7 days of receipt of goods if you are unhappy with your choice to get a Returned Goods Number.  Any goods returned without our approval and the relevant Returned Goods reference number will not be subject to a credit note or exchange.  The cost of returning the goods in the original condition is the responsibility of the customer, and in the case of an exchange the customer will also be responsible for any further freight costs incurred for us to ship your new choice.  Responsibility for the safe return of the goods rests with the customers, and unfortunately we are not able to accept any responsibility for damage sustained during the return of goods to us.  If an exchange is not appropriate, a credit note will be issued upon our receipt of the goods to the value of the price paid for the goods, less any freight that was incurred and subsidized by us during the initial purchase. Sale items are not able to be returned due to change of mind. 

Damaged or Faulty Item 

Again, our stores follow the guidelines set out by the Australian Consumer Affairs with regards to damaged or faulty goods.  We will work with you to resolve any issue with regards to damaged or faulty items, whether it be to provide a replacement or a refund.  The responsibility to provide evidence of damage or fault rests with the customer.  As every case if different, please contact us so that we can tailor your resolution.  Goods returned to us without approval will not be accepted.  Any complaint received after 30 days of receipt of goods will not be considered, unless there is a warranty related to a particular item. 

Stock Availability 

Whilst we endeavour to maintain the information on our website in a timely manner, we acknowledge that from time to time the stock availability may not be accurate.  The online store looks to our shops and our warehouse for stock availability, and whilst it is regularly update and constantly maintained, it is possible during times of high demand that an available item may sell in one of our locations, but still appear available before the next scheduled update.  We will contact you at our first convenience to advise if an item of stock is unavailable, and a full refund will be offered.
