Shipping policy

Click and Collect - As part of your online shopping experience you can elect to collect your goods from one of our physical locations ie. in Geelong West or Ocean Grove.  Just select the 'pick up' option at the Checkout to eliminate any freight costs. 

Postage - We will ship anywhere in Australia using Australia Post.  Standard Postage will be charged at a flat rate depending on which state you live in. We will endeavour to ship within 3 business days of placing your order.  Any shipments outside of this time frame will be communicated to you directly in order to manage your expectations, and as part of our customer service commitment.

Bulky items and In Store Pickup - Due to our shipping constraints we identify some items as too large to ship, such as wooden doll's houses, and they have been clearly identified so that you will recognise them as you are shopping.  These items are available for in store pickup only, due to their weight and volume.
